'Thank you' to everyone who took the time to send in nominations and to the businesses and organizations that helped in promoting the contest. Although we could only choose one winner for each area, there were many establishments that received high praise from customers and clients for the excellence customer service they've demonstrated. Celebrating Customer Service Excellence
Please, help us identify and recognize CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE in North Hastings and in Comfort Country.
We're proud of our service excellence providers, but we need your help to identify them all.
We are soliciting comments from business customers and clients in order to detect service excellence and nominate businesses for awards. Overall, we are looking for accounts of customer service excellence in the form of comments and stories.
What are the Awards?
At the time of nomination, we'll recognize every business nominee with a "Customer Service Excellence Participant" notice to post in their establishment.
In October, businesses from both North Hastings and South Algonquin and businesses from Comfort Country will be chosen as the grand prize winners from among the nominees.
The grand prize winners will receive a grand prize award, free advertising in the destination guide, a 'service excellence' logo to insert in future advertising and unchallenged bragging rights.
Every nominator will have her or his name put in a prize draw ($50 value).
How Can I Nominate a Business for Customer Service Excellence?
Comments and stories of customer service excellence can be submitted to Community Futures by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or regular mail:

The business must be clearly identified, as well as its location.
The nominator must describe why she or he is nominating the business, include any comments and/or stories of customer service excellence.
The nominator must also provide her or his full contact information and a declaration that she or he is in no way affiliated with the business being nominated.
